• Circumventing security systems or attempting unauthorized access.
• Attempting to disrupt servers, networks or service operations.
• Using IPTVO for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Subscription Sharing

Each subscription is limited to the number of connections purchased.

Customers who need additional simultaneous streams should purchase a plan that includes the required number of connections.

Unauthorized account sharing or repeated use beyond the purchased connection allowance may result in suspension or termination.

7. Streaming Quality & Performance

Streaming performance depends on several factors, including:

• Your internet speed and stability.
• Your device performance and capabilities.
• The number of devices using your network.
• Your Wi-Fi signal quality.
• Your geographic location.
• Your internet service provider.
• Third-party IPTV applications and media players.

Some of these factors are outside IPTVO’s reasonable control.

8. IPTVO Service Commitment

The 99% uptime commitment refers to IPTVO service infrastructure under normal operating conditions.

It does not include interruptions caused by customer internet connections, Wi-Fi issues, internet providers, third-party applications, device problems, VPN or proxy services, power outages, scheduled or emergency maintenance, or events outside IPTVO’s reasonable control.

9. Device Compatibility

Customers are responsible for using a compatible device, operating system and IPTV application.

IPTVO does not guarantee that every device or third-party application will support the service.

Customers who are unsure about compatibility should review the IPTVO Installation Guide or contact support before purchasing.

10. Internet & Data Usage

Internet access is not included with an IPTVO subscription.

Customers are responsible for all internet, mobile data and network charges associated with using the service.

IPTV streaming may use significant bandwidth.

11. VPN & Proxy Use

VPN and proxy services may be used when accessing IPTVO.

However, these technologies must not be used for fraud, unauthorized access, security circumvention or other activity that violates these Terms & Conditions.

12. Customer Information & Account Security

Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order or requesting support.

You are responsible for protecting your subscription credentials and account information.

Do not publicly post, distribute or share confidential subscription credentials with unauthorized users.

13. Purchases & Payments

Orders must follow the purchasing procedures displayed on the IPTVO website.

Prices, subscription durations, payment methods and promotional offers may change from time to time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, number of connections, duration and price before completing payment.

14. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the separate IPTVO Refund Policy.

Because IPTVO subscriptions are digital services that may be activated shortly after purchase, refunds are not automatically guaranteed.

A refund may be considered where a customer is unable to access or use the service, has contacted IPTVO Support, has completed reasonable troubleshooting and the support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period of time.

15. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are subject to the IPTVO Order Cancellation Policy.

Because digital subscriptions may be activated quickly after payment, cancellation eligibility may depend on whether activation or delivery has already begun.

16. Service Downtime

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Emergency maintenance.
• Server or infrastructure issues.
• Network disruptions.
• Software or system updates.
• Events outside IPTVO’s reasonable control.

Temporary service interruptions do not automatically qualify a customer for a refund.

17. Channels, Programming & Content Availability

Channel lineups, movies, series, sports programming, video-on-demand libraries and other service features may change over time.

IPTVO does not guarantee the permanent availability of any individual channel, event, movie, program or item of content.

18. Third-Party Services & Purchases

IPTVO may link to or interact with third-party applications, websites, payment systems, device manufacturers or other external services.

Purchases made directly with an independent third party are between the customer and that third party.

IPTVO is not responsible for the terms, performance, charges or actions of independent third-party services outside our reasonable control.

19. Cookies

IPTVO may use cookies and similar technologies to support website functionality and improve the browsing experience.

Cookies are small text files stored on your device and may be used to remember preferences, support site functionality, improve performance or help understand website usage.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IPTVO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from customer internet problems, device incompatibility, third-party applications, network failures or other circumstances outside IPTVO’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

26. Legal Compliance

Customers are responsible for using IPTVO services in compliance with laws and regulations applicable to them.

Serious misuse, fraudulent activity or unlawful interference with service operations may result in suspension, termination or other action permitted by law.
